What gets you out of bed in the morning i.e what’s your source of motivation?
The idea of meeting kids in different schools and teaching them. Their motivation and curiosity towards learning are what motivates us.
Why should people choose your product/services?
We have a unique team that comprises people from all walks of life. We have engineers, MBAs, Dramatics Experts, English Language experts and Life Skills’ coaches, etc. We have it all under one umbrella.
What’s your competitive advantage and why can’t it be copied?
Luckily, we have a diverse team which works on almost every aspect of the personality. Moreover, the content has been devised by experts after years of study and experience. It is difficult for the competitors to compete with that.
What risks are you facing?
Currently, we are not facing any risk. Although, we always stay on our toes and try to be as effective as we were when we started. There is no No.2 position in the world.
What are your cash flow projections? When will you break even? How much will you need in investments?
We had achieved breakeven in the very first year of our operations. It has been 7 years of profit. We have been growing on a 100% per year growth rate for the last 3 years.
What comes first for your money or emotions?
To be honest, both money and emotions are needed to run a successful business. Emotions help us in making everlasting human ties and for money, I would like to quote a famous line in Hindi,”bhooke pet bhajan Nahi hote”. You can’t worship if you are hungry. So a combination of both is required to sustain in the market.
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Our strength is our children who are making us proud by doing wonderful things in different fields. They are our brand ambassadors. Apart from that, we give a combination of Life Skills and Professional Skills that the competitors are not doing. Talking about the weakness, we don’t believe in any such thing.
Tell me about an accomplishment you are most proud of.
We have been recently ranked amongst the Top 20 personality and parenting companies in India by a US-based Magazine. This was a great accomplishment for us.
How do you handle the pressure?
We have a very comfortable work atmosphere in the office. There is no such thing pressure. Plus, we conduct frequent Meditation and Life Skills classes to increase productivity and work efficiency. We also conduct a ‘Train the Trainers’ programmer in the office.
If you sold your company today, what would be the tone of the conversation? What would you want to gain? What would you want to avoid losing?

What advice would you give to someone starting out?
I will ask questions like, ‘Are you willing to give it all?’, ‘Are you willing to step out of your comfort zone?’, if the answer is yes, go for it. Keep emotions in the backseat and make a plan. Systemize your operations and follow the strategy.
